  • Oil

  • Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves (curry patta)

  1. Preparation: Clean and cut the vegetables as required. Soak the tamarind in water and extract its juice.

  2. Sauté Onions: In a pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add the small onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
